AccessAble Help Desk Suite is offered as an alternative to the many more expensive help desk programs on the market. It consists of three main components. You\'ll find a Windows-based application, a HTTP server for browser access to data, and a separate Windows CE-based program for portability. A wide variety of reports are provided with the program.
